In this film noire thriller, a lone gunman (Stephen Rea) is assassinating local drug lords; an undercover FBI team (featuring Heather Locklear) is trying to track him down.

Kevin Gage plays Burke, a swaggering, misogynistic FBI agent who’s just a little behind the brain curve. He’s fun to watch and fortunately is blessed with several amusing one-liners.
